When did you last walk
barefoot through grass,
feet connected to the
Earth?

What are you
waiting for?

Get outside.
Feel the vibration of
Gaia through your
soles, your soul, as you
earth yourself,
ground yourself,
free yourself,
connect to yourself.
Earth is an elemental
Portal to your
inner wisdom.

Return to the grass,
the soil, the sand.
Let the earth tickle your
feet while its
energy rises through your
heart and brings you
back to yourself
